Our Main Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a script doesn't work as described, we'll make it right.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase — initial period for all purchases
  • Script does not match description — significant functional differences
  • Script is broken and cannot be fixed — after reasonable attempts by the seller
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same script twice
  • Unauthorized transaction — your account was compromised

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the initial 14-day period
  • Script was customized or modified by you
  • You don't have the technical skills to install/use it
  • Third-party services (hosting, APIs) no longer work
  • Script works as described but doesn't fit your specific use case
  • Request made outside the refund window (except duplicate/unauthorized)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to My Purchases in your account
  2. Click "Request Refund" on the eligible order
  3. Provide a clear reason (required for processing)
  4. Include any supporting information (screenshots, error messages)
  5. Submit the request

Processing Time

  • Initial review: Within 24 hours
  • Seller response: Up to 3 business days
  • Final decision: Usually within 5 business days

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your marketplace balance within 1-2 business days. You can:

  • Use the balance for future purchases
  • Request a payout to your original payment method (minimum $50)

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to our support team. We'll review the case again within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact support first — we resolve issues quickly and fairly.
